By understanding the definitions above, we come to truly understand the significance of what it means to live an enlightened, empowered and transformed life.
In order to be transformed from who you are right now into who you are meant to become you will need to free yourself from ignorance and embrace knowledge; equip yourself with ability instead of inability and metamorphose into a person of success/substance.
We adopt the “GROW” Model/Tool (developed by Sir John Whitmore, Graham Alexander and Alan Fine which is used widely by Professional Coaches) in our Coaching Process. This Model/Tool will aid you greatly on your journey to become all that you are meant to be. Grow is an Acronym for Goals, Reality, Options and Way Forward:-
G = represents your goals, what you want in life or for your business?
R = represents your reality. What are your challenges, obstacles, difficulties and issues? What is happening to you right now in relation to your goal?
O = represents the options you have. What choices, options and solutions do you have available to you in relation to your goal? What can you do to get yourself out of your current situation?
W = represents your will or way forward. What choices and options can you convert into action steps that will move you forward to attaining your goal/s? How committed are you to taking the necessary actions on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest level of commitment).
