What is Coaching?
Coaching is a tool that is used to empower individuals/business Owners to achieve their goals; it is a structured conversation between the Coach and the Client. During a coaching session the coach walks alongside the client to enable the client reach their ultimate goal and aspirations. They will listen to the client, ask questions, find out what their challenges are and inspire the client to reach that end goal. The client will be encouraged to make decisions and take responsibility for these decisions.
Coaching aids a person/Business Owner to get from A to B perhaps quicker than they would on their own by asking pertinent questions and using coaching models that have a certain amount of simplicity attached to them.
By use of the G.R.O.W. Coaching Model (goals, reality, options and will way forward/action) we would show you how to set goals, explore your reality, identify options and create actions plans that would enable you to close the gap from where you are right now to where you want to be.
